Mike is the owner of California Scuba Center. He is a NAUI Instructor Trainer, DAN First Aid Instructor Trainer, Scuba Educators International Instructor Trainer, Western Regional Manager for Scuba Educators International, Padi TEc 40 CCR (Prism 2) Diver, and TDI Technical CCR (Prism 2) Decompression Diver and has logged over 4000 dives during his diving career. He is married to Sherrie and they have 3 children and 9grandchildren. Mike is a proud 23 year veteran of the US Army and a 18 year veteran of law enforcement. When it comes to diving, Mike is always looking for that shipwreck to explore. He enjoys shooting video, teaching, traveling and just being underwater. Mike is also a licensed privot pilot. Mike and Sherrie opened California Scuba Center out of passion for SCUBA and they wanted to create an atmopshere that was welcoming to all divers of all levels.
